Patrick Roelen

Patrick Roelen is the Director of Human Resources for FerroWorks, LLC. Mr. Roelen is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all HR functions and establishing a vision to enhance candidate recruitment programs, manage employee relations and administer employee health benefits. This includes providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote engagement and recognition. He works closely with various levels of the FerroWorks management team to cultivate a positive workplace culture and create an excellent employer brand in the marketplace.

Mr. Roelen joined the McConway & Torley and Standard Forged leadership team in January 2024. In October 2024, both companies were acquired and FerroWorks, LLC was launched as a new entity. Prior to joining this management team, Patrick worked at Yellow Corporation for 25 years in Operations and Human Resources. With the operations and HR experience gained throughout his career, Patrick possesses the unique skills to proactively apply his business knowledge and acumen to the various departmental business units.

Mr. Roelen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting from Kent State University. Patrick also became a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM – CP) in 2018.
